The owners of these properties are Ed Mazza and Tom Amici. We operate and manage the houses and apartments with the help of some others. This means that the person with whom you speak has a vested interest in making sure that your living experience is a good one. Tom is the one who maintains the houses and apartments on a full time basis and is available all of the time. Ed is the business manager and is the one who collects the rents and pays the bills. We have owned these properties for over twenty-five years. Tom has been in the business of property maintenance in Ithaca, New York for thirty-five years. We try to be very flexible and accommodating to our tenants.
